Both of these joints come frozen and will weigh about 4lbs and will serve 6 - 8 people. Just like the delicious and popular Three Bird Roasts they will carve like a dream. All you have to do is cook the bird in the oven for about one and a half hours, add some vegetables and serve an impressive meal for your family or friends!
